OMID: „THE MORE PEOPLE THERE ARE ON THE ISLAND, THE BIGGER THE STRUGGLE WILL BE….“

Omid, pharmacist and part of the MCAT team giving a statement about the expected situation in the close future according to the lock-down of Lesbos.
He is worrying about how the people on the island can protect theirselves and each other and is asking for help.

There is just one intensive care unit in the hospital of Lesbos with a hand full of beds, which will be given to the greek population first. Carla Rohde, one of the few doctors left in the camp, says, if there is not an international solution for the next days, it could come to a mass of deaths in the worst case.
